Sam Rayburn House Restoration

The project consisted of a condition assessment and full architectural services to restore the exterior of the house to its 1961 appearance, and minor improvements to the Visitor Center and parking lot for the Historic Sites Division of the Texas Historical Commission. The house, constructed in 1916 on a farmstead, is a National Historic Landmark, a State Archeological Landmark, RTHL, and is listed on the National Register.
