Magnolia Lounge Restoration
Dallas, Texas
The project included an evaluation of the historic theater, replacement or renovation of several systems such as exterior envelope, roofing, mechanical systems, and selective exterior and interior restoration for the Equipment and Building Services Department. The theater opened in 1922 as a vaudeville venue, changed to film shortly after, and it was restored back to live theater use in the late 1970s. It is an RTHL and a local landmark.
