Dawson Saloon Building Renovation

The project included exterior renovation to return the building largely to its original appearance, and interior renovation and adaptive reuse to house a restaurant, along with replacement of the building’s mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The building, constructed in the early to mid 1890s on a corner location on the courthouse square, is an RTHL.
