Fair Park Esplanade and Parry Avenue Gate Restoration

The project involved extensive repair of original features, reconstruction of the reflecting basin, and introduction of a water feature that was integrated into the restoration design, while reinstating the historic view corridor from the Parry Avenue Gate (the historic main entrance) to the Hall of State for the Dallas Park and Recreation Department. Fair Park is a National Historic Landmark, an SAL and a local landmark.
