Federal and state Investment Tax Credit consulting to the owner for this mid-century modern high rise housing block completed in 1954 as a Fortune Arms Hotel. A high rise, it now offers apartment units for rent. MCPA prepared the National Register Nomination, tax credit applications and guided the tax incentive process. The building is listed on the National Register.
