Kessler Theater

Federal and state Investment Tax Credit consulting to the owner for this innovative adaptation of a historic theater into a multi-purpose events venue. MCPA prepared the National Register Nomination, tax credit applications and guided the tax incentive process. The building is listed on the National Register.
