Magnolia Lounge Restoration

The project included exterior restoration and adaptive use of this residence, previously converted into apartments, into a multi-functional facility providing administrative and storage space, educational facilities, flexible event and exhibit space, a small shop area, and public restrooms for the Historic Sites Division of the Texas Historical Commission. The house, located within the Magoffin Avenue Historic District, was constructed in 1901 for the Justice family.
