Saigling House Renovation and Improvements

Renovation and adaptive reuse to house gallery and event space, offices and classrooms, as well as site improvements for events including a rear deck, detached restroom and storage buildings, and landscape for the Parks and Recreation Department. The front porch, demolished in the 1940s, was reconstructed to its original appearance. The house was built in 1906 for the Saigling family and is a local landmark.
