Sam Bell Maxey House Museum Preservation

The project included a condition assessment, complete exterior restoration and the introduction of fire suppression and mechanical systems for the Historic Sites Division of the Texas Historical Commission for the house and Book House. The house, constructed in 1872 for the Maxey family, and property is listed on the National Register, is an RTHL and a local landmark.
