Scoates Hall Capital Renewal, Texas A&M University

The project addressed deferred maintenance such as replacement of the building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, new fire suppression system, as well as code and accessibility compliance, while protecting the intricately decorated historic interior spaces for The Texas A&M University System. The building, designed by S. C. P. Vosper and completed in 1933, was and remains the home of the Agricultural Engineering Department.
