The Joule Hotel Rehabilitation

The adaptive use of a 1920s Dallas National Bank building involved several phases and funding sources, including TIFF and federal Investment Tax Credits. The project included restoration of the exterior and adaptation of the interior with an addition on adjacent property and a penthouse for a 90-room boutique hotel in collaboration with Tihany Design. The building is listed on the National Register and is a local landmark.
