TSLAC Assessments

A comprehensive condition assessment and cost estimating for the repair and maintenance of five historic structures on the site of the Sam Houston Regional Library and Research Center, including site drainage, structural conditions, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and architectural work. Prepared for the Texas State Library and Archives Commission, the evaluation addressed structures from the mid-1800’s to the 1930s that had been moved to this site.
