Fort Worth Public Market Building
Fort Worth, Texas
Project included federal Investment Tax Credit consulting and storefront design for one of downtown Dallas’ earliest buildings, completed in 1902 as an office building. The project involved an adaptive use of the building for apartments and new storefronts at street level. Adjacent historic additions were incorporated into the project. A National Register Amendment to include the newest of the additions in the project, tax credit applications and tax incentive guidance was provided. The building is listed on the National Register and is a local landmark.
